Frequently asked questions
Is QuickRep free to use?
QuickRep is free to download and includes your first 20 workouts at no cost — no credit card required. After that, you can continue with a subscription: $4.99/month or $49.99/year (saving ~17%). Both plans unlock unlimited workouts, progress charts, full history, and all accent themes.
Is my data backed up?
QuickRep uses iCloud to automatically sync your workouts across all your Apple devices. As long as iCloud is enabled, your data is safe even if you reinstall the app or switch phones.
How do I restore my data after reinstalling?
Sign in to the same iCloud account you used before reinstalling, then open QuickRep. Your workouts will sync automatically within a few seconds. Make sure you have a network connection during the first launch.
Can I add custom exercises?
Yes. Tap the + button in the exercise library and fill in the name, muscle group, and equipment type. Custom exercises are saved alongside the built-in library and available in all your routines.
How does the 1RM estimate work?
QuickRep uses the Epley formula (weight × (1 + reps / 30)) to estimate your one-rep max from any logged set. It's an estimate — actual 1RM can vary — but it's useful for tracking relative strength over time.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data to download a CSV of your full workout history. The file includes date, exercise, sets, reps, and weight for every logged session.
The rest timer isn't showing a notification. How do I fix this?
QuickRep needs notification permission to alert you when rest is over. Go to iPhone Settings → QuickRep → Notifications and make sure Allow Notifications is enabled. You can also enable haptic-only alerts from within the app under Settings → Rest Timer.
How do I delete a workout from my history?
In the History tab, swipe left on any workout entry to reveal the Delete option. This action is permanent and cannot be undone, so confirm only when you're sure.
